Surya starred Singam 2 released on 5th July world wide excepting hindi version "Main Hoon Surya Singham 2", Which is planned to release on 2nd August.
Singam 2 , Already declared as a super hit , creating new records in Malaysia. Surya's movies like Vel , Varanam Aayiram , Ayan , Aadhavan , Singam , 7aum arivu and Maattrraan already done good business in Malaysia.
Now Singam 2 has become the most successful movie of Surya till now. The movie has been in the 4th position of top tamil movies in Malaysia by overtaking Vijay's Thuppakki. Latest reports says that Singam 2 has been collected 9.98 Crore in Malaysia. Vijay starred Thuppakki was collected 9.65 Crore in Malaysia.
Rajnikanth starred Enthiran and Sivaji still holds the first and second position. Enthiran was collected 17.5 Crore and Sivaji was collected 15.4 Crore at Malaysia box office. Kamal Hassan Starred Dasavatharam holds the third position with 10.4 Crore collection at Malaysia box office. Now Dasavatharam and Singam 2 are very close.Singam 2 can be expected to be break the record of Dasavatharam in Malaysia soon.
